EPAPLUS Arthicare gets closer to their target entering the ‘Carrera de la Mujer’
The collagen Brand EPAPLUS Arthicare had UP2YOU’s help this year to create and execute their strategy when it comes to sports sponsorship. We worked with them to search for options in the world of sports that would give them visibility and a push in the sales of certain products. After analyzing multiple options, it was decided to continue their sponsorship with two of their ambassadors and close a sponsorship agreement with the ‘Carrera de la Mujer’, the biggest woman sports event in Europe, that takes place in 8 cities in Spain.
This year, more than 130.000 women have filled the streets with pink in the most important cities in Spain, fighting for causes that move all of us such as the investigation to end breast cancer, or the fight against gender violence.
EPAPLUS wanted to promote their product line that is specific for middle aged woman, in what ended up being a perfect match. The brand has had presence during the race with branding items. Furthermore, EPAPLUS was present with a display stand at the ‘Sport Woman Fair’, where all runners attended to collect their race number and to visit all sponsor stands. EPAPLUS’s stand had a roulette, with many prizes and giveaways, as well as promotions and special discounts. Giveaways for race numbers were carried out on social media throughout the year too.
EPAPLUS continued their sponsorship with two of their ambassadors, Claudia Galicia, world champion in mountain ski, and Judith Corachan, world runner-up for Long Distance triathlon. Monthly social media actions, giveaways, meet and greets and open training sessions for followers took place during the year, ending with their stellar appearance in the ‘Carrera de la Mujer’ where they were commemorated.
